My favorite smile, ugh Alissa was so cute! talk about a tooth ache.I just wanted to pinch her....She LOVED trick or treating. She got it down, saying thank you and trick or treat. Muffin made the best costumes ever this year.

Yesterday we painted and carved pumpkins at Uncle mikey's and aunt Melina's. So much fun.

Whoopsies

Been a while. I doubt anyone even reads my blog anymore. I know I actually forgot about it for a while. Things have been busy since I last posted in good grief APRIL. I lost my job which was the start of the crazieness. And no worries, it was a good thing. I think I have a handful of gray hairs attributed to where i was at. Much better now. I found another job in less than 2 weeks so didn't have much time to think about anything.

So lets see. 6 months in 1 post backwards:

Nicholas turned 4

He started playing soccer and he is actually really good. Scores about 10 goals a game. We feel bad for the other players and teams b/c he basically controls everything. People are already talking about club soccer teams for him. We'll see.


Oh yea there was Easter, Alissa has WAY more hair now. I can actually put it in a bow:

Oh and we went to the pumpkin patch this weekend. That was fun. I'll try to be better about posting if anyone is still reading. Sorry.

Girls Trip to St. Louis 2011

My mom, Alissa and I took a trip to St. Louis to visit family. We had a great time. This was Alissa's first time on a plane and she did really well. She squirmed the whole time both ways but didn't cry, so I guess I'll take that.

All I have to say is the kids loved it! Even Alissa.

Nice spring day out

It was a nice spring day out maybe a month ago. We went outside to play in the driveway because we have alot of work to do to the back to make it a place where kids can play.

Not sure where time goes these days. Probably working too much for me. but Alissa's first birthday has come and gone. it feels like just yesterday it was just Keith and I, and next Nicholas will be 4. good grief. Good reminder to not waste this precious time working too much. work will always be there, sweet innocent children will not. Here's to some stop and smell the roses....

Pictures in completely random order. I didn't feel like organizing today.
So Christmas we spent at home this year. We had everyone come over to our house for Christmas eve and my mom and I put together a nice little spread of appetizers.
My mom and dad came back over Christmas morning to open Santa's gifts and have breakfast. That was all fun!

Oooo and the PRIZE for the season, a Lightening McQueen scooter has been by far and even still the biggest hit. There have even be a few fights break out when Alissa makes an attempt to touch this much loved scooter.

Christmas Eve. Alissa usually shreds papers, but only when she isn't allowed. When she is allowed, she didn't care for it so much. But she had a good time.
