6 Month Photos

Ok so here are his 6 month photos. Lucky you, the blogger is uploading them really fast so I posted alot of them. We got them done at JCP this time. I wasn't all that impressed. I was so rushed but the lady. Lucky for her Nicholas is so photogenic that it made her just effortless. Yes he is so cute! :P Anyway I let Keith talk me out of a couple of photos that when I went back wished I had ordered them, but oh well. We have a new camera on order so I will just have to get them myself. I think the bluebonnet ones turned out pretty good. We just need to go back when we get the fancy camera. I'm totally excited about it. That and my photoshop, so be prepared to see a ton of photos soon. Not that you haven't seen a ton already.

News of his development: I think crawling is on the horizon. He is on hands and knees, rocks a bit and crashes to the ground. He is eating all kinds of foods now. I think his favorites are the fruits ofcourse, bananas, pears and prunes - which actually don't taste too bad. We tried some meat. OMG it was terrible, for me...he actually didn't mind it but I've never smelled anything so foul. Ok well maybe some dirty diapers, but I can't believe that Gerber expected me to feed my child something that smelled similar to fermented sweaty socks...I don't think so.

Oh and I don't think I posted his 6 mo stats yet. Dr. appt was 2 weeks ago and he weighed in at 16.9 lbs and was 27 inches. They said his weight gain has slowed down and told me to feed him more. But he just isn't that hungry so I guess we'll just deal for now. He is still gaining weight. Maybe he is just growing faster than his body can keep up with for now. More meat maybe?!?!? Anywho, enjoy his pictures!!!

Bluebonnets

So when you live in Texas you just have to have photos in the bluebonnets. So here is our session. Bluebonnets are not THAT great this year. But they are much better this year than last so I am greatful for that. Nick didn't seem to mind looking at all the pretty flowers. He didn't care for all the wind in his face. He keeps gasping when it would blow hard. It was cute but I felt bad at the same time. Here he is with the hat Daddy really wanted him to have on. Ok I admit it is really cute.
